These terms govern your use of PassForge (the "Service"), operated by TODO: legal operator name ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. What the Service is

PassForge provides interactive practice ("mock") exams and study tools for information-technology certifications. Our questions are original practice material written to resemble the style and domains of real certification exams. They are study aids only.

2. No affiliation, no guarantee

PassForge is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, authorized, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon Web Services, Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA, or any other certification body. All product names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

We do not guarantee that using the Service will result in passing any real exam. Scores on our practice exams are indicative, not predictive.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide a valid email address. One person per account; do not share paid access.

4. Purchases and access

Single-track purchases grant access to that track's exams for 90 days from purchase. "Pro" is a recurring subscription billed monthly or yearly that grants access to all tracks while active. Prices are shown at checkout in USD and may change for future purchases. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel a Pro subscription at any time from your billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period and does not renew after that. Single-track access is time-limited and simply expires at the end of its window.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

7. Acceptable use

You may not scrape, resell, redistribute, or publicly post our questions or explanations; attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service; or use it to build a competing question bank. We may suspend accounts that do.

8. Intellectual property

All questions, explanations, and site content are our intellectual property or licensed to us. Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable license to use them for your own exam preparation during your access period.

9. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may add, change, or remove exams and features. We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of TODO: governing-law jurisdiction, e.g. Germany.
