We want you to feel the practice exams are worth it. This policy explains when we refund.

Pass guarantee

We stand behind the practice exams: if you prepare with them and still do not pass the real certification exam, we refund your track purchase in full. To qualify, all of the following must be true:

• you completed every premium mock exam in the track, averaging 85% or higher across them;
• you sat the real vendor certification exam within your 90-day access window; and
• you did not pass, and can send us a copy of your official exam result (a score report or screenshot showing the fail is fine).

Email support@passforge.org from your account email with your result, and we refund your track purchase to your original payment method. This guarantee is separate from and in addition to the satisfaction refund below.

Single-track purchases

If you bought 90-day access to a track and are not satisfied, email support@passforge.org within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided you have completed no more than one full exam in that track. This lets you try the material before committing.

Pro subscriptions

You can cancel Pro at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not pro-rate partial months. If you were charged for a renewal you meant to cancel, contact us within 14 days and we will refund that renewal.

How to request a refund

Email support@passforge.org from your account email with your purchase details. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

EU right of withdrawal

If you are an EU consumer, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a digital purchase. Because our exams are digital content available immediately, starting an exam means you ask us to begin performance right away and acknowledge you lose the automatic withdrawal right for content already consumed. The satisfaction refund above is offered on top of your statutory rights and does not limit them.
