Refund Policy

We want you to feel the practice exams are worth it. This policy explains when we refund.
Single-track purchases
If you bought 90-day access to a track and are not satisfied, email support@passforge.org within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided you have completed no more than one full exam in that track. This lets you try the material before committing.
Pro subscriptions
You can cancel Pro at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not pro-rate partial months. If you were charged for a renewal you meant to cancel, contact us within 14 days and we will refund that renewal.
How to request a refund
Email support@passforge.org from your account email with your purchase details. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
EU right of withdrawal
If you are an EU consumer, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a digital purchase. Because our exams are digital content available immediately, starting an exam means you ask us to begin performance right away and acknowledge you lose the automatic withdrawal right for content already consumed. The satisfaction refund above is offered on top of your statutory rights and does not limit them.
